How to Use

Children (1–14 years): 1 sachet per day, in the morning, before breakfast.

Teens over 14 and adults: 1–2 sachets per day, in the morning, before breakfast.

Daily use is important to achieve a balanced digestive system.

The contents of one sachet can be mixed with water or non-carbonated juice, or with liquid foods such as yogurt, and consumed immediately.

The temperature of liquids or foods must be below 25°C, preferably cold or at room temperature.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions

·       Vivomixx can be taken during antibiotic treatment, but it is best to administer it at least 3 hours before or after the antibiotic.

·       Bloating may occur as a common side effect due to the intestinal microbiome adapting to the new bacteria.

·       No known contraindications during pregnancy to date, but a doctor should be consulted when taking this or any other food supplement during pregnancy.

Storage

Vivomixx contains heat-sensitive, live lyophilized bacteria and should be kept in the refrigerator (4–8°C).

It may also be stored for up to one week at room temperature (maximum +25°C) , in its well-closed packaging, protected from moisture and light, without affecting its qualities.

Vivomixx neo contains live lyophilized bacteria and should be kept in the refrigerator (2 to 8°C) to maintain bacterial quality.
