How to Use

·       Children (0–14 years): 1–2 capsules per day, in the morning, before breakfast.

·       Teens over 14 and adults: 1–4 capsules per day, in the morning, before breakfast.

Daily use for at least one month is important to achieve a balanced digestive system.

Capsules may be swallowed whole with a glass of water, or opened and mixed with water, non-carbonated juice, or liquid foods such as yogurt, then consumed immediately.

Liquids or foods should be below 25°C, preferably cold or at room temperature.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions

·       Suitable to take during antibiotic treatment, but administer at least 3 hours before or after the antibiotic.

·       Bloating may occur as the intestinal microbiome adapts to the new bacteria.

Storage
