Studies have shown that people who include Omega 3 in their diet have a lower risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. Omega 3 fatty acids relax and dilate arteries, reduce platelet aggregation, and lower blood pressure. Essential Omega 3 fatty acids are necessary for maintaining retinal health and help reduce the risk of macular degeneration.
Approximately 60% of the brain is made up of fat, mainly DHA, which is essential for communication between cells. Quality Omega 3 fatty acids improve cognition, memory, and mood. Chronic Omega 3 deficiency has been associated with depression, anxiety, and increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
Key Ingredients and Their Effects
Fish oil (anchovy), triglyceride form – 1000 mg per capsule
· Minimum 40% EPA (400 mg)
· Minimum 30% DHA (300 mg)
· 800 mg total Omega 3 fatty acids per capsule (80% concentration)
Omega 3 fatty acids in triglyceride form represent the natural form of fish oil and, according to studies (Dyerberg et al., 2010), have increased bioavailability and stability (greater resistance to oxidation).
EPA and DHA are the most important essential Omega 3 fatty acids found naturally in foods such as fish, seafood, eggs, walnuts, and flaxseeds. Higher concentrations of EPA and DHA indicate a more potent supplement. They contribute to reducing inflammation, protecting cardiovascular and brain health, and preventing metabolic syndrome and other chronic conditions.
Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) – 10 mg (83% NRV)
· Acts as a natural antioxidant, preventing oxidation of Omega 3 fatty acids.
Capsule ingredients: fish gelatin, vegetable glycerin, water.
Free from lactose, gluten, soy, magnesium stearate, sugar, artificial sweeteners, GMOs, and other chemical additives. No contaminants, heavy metals, or pesticides. Fish gelatin capsule, free from bovine-origin compounds (BSE/TSE Free).
How to Use
Take 1–4 capsules daily during meals, with sufficient liquid, or as recommended by a specialist.
